Woke up feeling hungover and have wanted to eat ALL the food ALL day. I’m told that’s completely normal for day 3 so if you feel that way too, you’re not alone.
Today’s menu was basically the same as yesterday except for I added scrambled eggs and avocado to the Breakfast Hash.
And another snack: Apple Pie Lara Bar
And yet another snack: Apple with almond butter
And dinner was yesterday’s lunch: Balance Bowl.
I’m pretty sure I’ve been to at least one if not two grocery stores everyday since Whole30 started. Excited to try a new recipe tomorrow – it’s cooking up in the crockpot while I sleep. The best kind of cooking.
